Please note that all the under mentioned projects have been CPI (Mozambique Investment Promotion Centre Approved), which allows the repatriation of capital investments, repatriation of dividends and profits and in certain cases a “Tax Holiday” was secured:

Xai Xai Beach Resort

Mozprop Consultants have facilitated an exciting new venture in the Hospitality and Leisure Industry in Xai Xai Beach Resort.

The projects was sourced by us on behalf of “The Holiday Club” and the Beekman Bros group of Companies and the entire process facilitated by Mozprop Consultants.



Bilene Lagoon

Mozprop Consultants have facilitated the land acquisition by W & F Holdings Limitada, to establish a self catering resort on the banks of the Bilene Lagoon. The plans were submitted along with community approval , Government/Administration approval and Environmental Impact Study and approval. 
Mozprop Consultants will project manage the construction phase.



Low cost housing development

Mozprop Consultants were approached by Habitec Limitada to acquire a 30 hectare piece of land in the Greater Maputo region to launch a low cost housing development, the land was sourced, acquired and the housing scheme was approved and has commenced, The first 150 low costs houses have been constructed. Mozprop Consultants also facilitated and sourced financing for the clients from a major bank in Mozambique.

Afrisafe

Mozprop Consultants were consulted to take a South African franchise to Mozambique, the franchise was sold and set-up by Mozprop Consultants.
